The Frobenius Institute at PARC

The digital collections of the library, the image archive, and the legacy archive can now also be searched via the “Portal for Africa Research Collections” (PARC) in Basel. In addition to the increased visibility of the Frobenius Institute’s collections, they can now also be located on a digital map thanks to geographic indexing. This collaboration between the Frobenius Institute and the University Library of Basel was made possible by the “Digitization of State Research Institutes” funding program of the Hessian Ministry of Science and Research, Art and Culture.
