Our PhD student Desta Lorenso Girma successfully defended his thesis ‘Women and Weshu: Change and Continuity in Gendered Power Relations in the Contemporary Kambaata Community of Central Ethiopia’ on 5th August.
He completed his PhD as part of a cotutelle programme between Goethe University Frankfurt and Mekelle University in Ethiopia.
