The Frobenius Institute at the International Conference of the History of Anthropologies

Richard Kuba and Katja Geisenhainer participated in the First International Conference of the Histories of Anthropologies (December 4 - 7, online). Richard Kuba gave a lecture on "Frobenius' Culture History in Australia: Dead Ends and New Insights" in the panel "Historicizing Anachronistic Motives", while Katja Geisenhainer was a member of the scientific committee and, together with Udo Mischek (University of Göttingen), presented a panel on "Pushed out, excluded and forgotten? Recovering anthropologists, ethnologists, and folklorists for the history of our discipline".
