On June 6, 2024, local researchers from the Tacana, Tsimane' and Mosetén from Bolivia visited the archives of the Frobenius Institute.

The researchers are guests of the VW project “Heritage and Territoriality: Past, present, and future perceptions among the Tacana, Tsimane', Mosetén and Waiwai” led by Prof. Carla James Betancourt at the University of Bonn. The materials on Bolivia in the Frobenius Institute's collections originate from the expedition of ethnologist Karin Hahn-Hissink in 1952-54.
